Cancellation Policy

ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SECURED BY TELEPHONE OR IN PERSON USING YOUR VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER OR GIFT CERTIFICATE, IN THE ABSENCE OF A CREDIT CARD YOU MAY PAY IN PERSON WITH EITHER CHECK OR CASH. BECAUSE NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS AFFECT US SIGNIFICANTLY, CEDAR CREEK SALON & DAY SPA UPHOLDS A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY. PERSONS MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE APPOINTMENTS. PARTIES OF 3 OR MORE OR PERSONS RECEIVING MULTIPLE SERVICES REQUIRE A 7 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE AND 24 HOURS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A SERVICE SCHEDULED OR A FULL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
